- Overview

RF433 Series

  • The SI4432 wireless module is designed and developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. This module adopts Silicon Labs' latest high-integration wireless ISM transceiver chip SI4432, with a frequency range of 410~525MHz, extremely high receive sensitivity (-117dBm), and transmit power (+20dBm), which significantly enhances penetration capability and transmission range. In an open, obstacle-free environment, the communication distance exceeds 1000 meters at a +20dBm output power. Users can easily develop stable and reliable wireless products using this module without needing in-depth knowledge of radio technology.
  • The BS01 wireless module is also designed and developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. It is a low-power, small-size, and low-cost Sub-1G RF module. Using Silicon Laboratories' Si4463 chip, a high-performance low-current transceiver, it covers the Sub-1GHz frequency band from 119MHz to 1050MHz. As part of the EZRadioPRO series, which includes a complete product line of transmitters, receivers, and transceivers for various applications, all devices feature excellent sensitivity of -126dBm while achieving extremely low active and standby current consumption.
