- The EC series modules are NB-IoT modules developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. The NB part adopts the main chip solution EC616S. This chip is a high-cost-performance NB-IoT chip with a highly integrated NB-IoT SoC, support for ultra-low power consumption, and full compliance with the 3GPP Rel14 NB-IoT standard.
