Ra-09(H)
- The Ra-09(H) module is a LoRaWAN module jointly developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. and ST. The module uses the STM32WLE5CCU6 chip, with 256 KB Flash, 64 KB SRAM, and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 48MHz core. The Ra-09(H) module comes pre-installed with AT firmware, allowing direct use to connect to LoRaWAN gateways.
Ra-09-DTU
- The Ra-09-DTU is an intelligent wireless data communication DTU developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. using the company's own Ra-09 LoRa module. It utilizes LoRa wireless technology for ultra-long-distance spread spectrum communication.

Excellent anti-interference capability, capable of normal operation in complex interference environments
