- Ra-05U is a 2.4GHz RF transceiver module developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. It features the SX1281 RF chip from Semtech as its core processor, supporting multiple modulation methods such as LoRa, FLRC, GFSK, and being compatible with Bluetooth protocols.
- This module is a pure RF transceiver that requires an MCU for driving or a dedicated SPI debugging tool. LoRa's direct-sequence spread spectrum technology enables longer communication distances, with a wider power spectrum and strong anti-interference capabilities. The module incorporates a hardware FEC (Forward Error Correction) algorithm, which offers high coding efficiency and robust error correction. It can actively correct corrupted data packets under 突发干扰 (burst interference), significantly improving reliability and transmission range.
